Seasoned Pork Loin

The Seasoned Pork Loin from F.lli Costantini is obtained by boning and salting the National Pork Loin slaughtered in our slaughterhouse in Torano. The fillet loin is put on the market after about 2 months of careful seasoning in special rooms located in our factory.

This Pork Loin is sold whole and its average weight varies between 2 and 3 kg.
