“Corallina” Salami

The “Corallina” Salami is a typical product of the Abruzzo’s lands, expertly processed by our Artisans of cured meats according to the most ancient traditions.

It is characterized by an accentuated consistency, due to a longer seasoning period, and by a particular and intense flavor.

“Corallina” Salami is made up of 90% Lean Ham and 10% “Lardello” (fat). The average weight of the product varies between 800 and 900 grams.
