Seasoned Filet “Ulisse”

The Seasoned Loin Filet “Ulisse” (Ulysses) is a product created with the most noble parts of pork; its peculiarity is a layer of lard which makes the flavor unique and unmistakable, try it to believe it.

Ulysses comes from the best loins carefully selected and left to mature with their own lard for at least 4 months to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the meat itself. The weight of the slice is about 800 grams.
