“Gran Riserva” Ham

The secret of the “Gran Riserva” Ham begins with a careful selection of pigs: only Italian pigs of prestigious and selected breeds; the meats are left to mature for about 18 months.

The excellent raw material allows the use of very low quantities of salt which gives the ham an unparalleled sweetness and the particularly long seasoning enriches its aroma and fragrance.

The weight varies from 9 to 12 kg.
