Shipping and delivery

The Salumificio F.lli Costantini delivers the product / products ordered by the Customer under the conditions expressly indicated in this section. The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the appropriate field “Data of Shipment”.

Costantini undertakes to process orders, by delivering the package to the courier, within 48/72 hours. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the ordered Products will be delivered within a period of 14 (fourteen) working days starting from the day following that in which Salumificio F.lli Costantini confirmed the order to the Customer by means of a specific order confirmation email.
Shipments are made from Monday to Thursday. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter, “Courier”) from Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Salumificio F.lli Costantini is not responsible for delays that are unpredictable or not attributable to it.

Shipments abroad may take place with different couriers depending on the country of destination in order to ensure the best available rate to the customer.

The ordered Products will be delivered abroad within 10 (ten) working days from the next day.

Countries where the service is active: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, United Kingdom, Republic Czech, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden, Hungary.
