The “Conte di Torano” Ham (Count of Torano), father of the “Excellencies” lineage, is seasoned 24 months in an ideal microclimate.

“Conte di Torano” is a ham from highly selected pork legs and with the right balance of lean and fatty parts and is covered with green peppercorns.
Its production is limited to only 1000 pieces per year as only 15% of the fresh pork legs destined for the production of hams pass the high quality standards of this precious range.
