“The Toranino” Salami

The Taste of Excellences is fully enclosed in “The Toranino” salami. This small salami, which owes its name to its hometown Torano Nuovo, has a particularly delicious and inviting taste. It is obtained from highly selected meats such as bacon, shoulder and ham back seasoned for a minimum of 20 days.

It is a small salami of about 100 grams obtained from selected meats such as bacon, shoulder and ham bottom, wrapped in natural casing. Matured for at least 20 days.
