The Seasoned Loin Slice is obtained by boning and salting the “capocollo” (a cut of meat) slaughtered in our slaughterhouse in Torano. The average weight of the vacuum-sealed slice varies between 600 and 800 grams.
Pork loin, salt, pepper, natural flavors, dextrose and sucrose. Antioxidant: E301. Preservative: E250, E251.
