“The Noble” salami is a product with a unique taste obtained from the most noble parts of the pig with the addition of 2% of “Montepulciano d’Abruzzo” wine which characterizes its flavor, making it special. It is one of the protagonists of the ancient lineage of Excellencies.

“The Noble” is a salami of about 450 grams obtained from the noble parts of the pig such as ham and chop, with the addition of 2% of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo wine. The seasoning takes place in the marc of Montepulciano and lasts for a minimum of 30 days.
